When we think about saving wildlife, we often think about eliminating poaching and creating protected areas – stuff really outside of our daily lives. In reality, we have a lot of power as consumers. Making changes about what you buy and what companies you buy from can make a big difference.

One of the ways we can have the most impact is through our diets. Eating is something we all do every day and our diets actually have a gigantic impact on wildlife. In this episode, learn about the biggest diet changes to help wildlife.

In fact, these changes are one of the biggest things you can do in general to reduce your carbon footprint overall. I give you my own tips and tricks for transitioning to a more wildlife-friendly, plant-based diet.
